1. Analyze, evaluate and support planning and implementation for solutions/initiatives in automation/digitization from approval flows to credit risk management activities.
2. Exchange, guide and advise relevant business departments to find the optimal solution for the requirements to be deployed for the system.
3. Feasibility assessment and pilot implementation of new Fintech solutions that can be applied in credit risk management.
4. Recommend and evaluate improvements related to approval/digitization strategy
5. Responsible for building and controlling testing activities
6. Develop & monitor reports for quality control of approval/digitization flows
7. Controlling the analysis process, checking the accuracy of algorithm configuration and evaluating the quality after deployment as well as the operation of integrated systems, abnormal conditions, and system failures to promptly detect and speed up the remedial process.
8.Participate in/support coordination of high-tech strategic projects

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, or Management Information Systems.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Business Analysis, Business Statistics, Process Management, and Underwriting/Auditing.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions, particularly in credit risk strategy, Management Information Systems (MIS), and operational audit/underwriting.
Skills:
Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Strong in operational audit and strategic analysis.
Abilities:
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proactive and creative in work.
Growth mindset and positive attitude.
Strong project management capabilities.
Fluent in English: Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking.
