Search for relevant suppliers to serve utility work.
Synthesize quotes, compare and recommend suitable suppliers to optimize costs.
Prepare documents to introduce the company, products offered for sale such as booths, sponsorship, fences,....
The main contact point for receiving information from partners interested in renting a booth, creating a care plan, and closing the contract in accordance with the proper procedures.
Reach out sponsors to propose sponsorship packages based on the actual situation of each project.
Store and create customer database sources for convenient care or display in reports whenever necessary
Support other tasks during the preparation - implementation - completion of the event.
Connection point between customers, authorities, partners and internally at HG - SKL - Hapi throughout the working process.
