• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage complex customer enquiries and provide effective, timely solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and communicate clearly with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior sales team members.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Country Manager to achieve turnover and margin targets.
• Contribute positively to team collaboration and uphold VOSAIO's professional standards.
Yêu cầu
• Generate a steady volume of group business from the Vietnam source market.
• Prepare and manage quotations with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Follow up on proposals and leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM and internal systems.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide effective troubleshooting support.
• Coordinate logistics for sales events, meetings, and trade shows.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses.
• Provide weekly sales and activity reports to management.
• Support internal sales meetings and contribute relevant insights.
