RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and achieve assigned sales budget and contribute to the company's revenue goals;
2. Manage and report potential sales, customer feedback, activity plan and other reports as required.
3. Support sales objectives by researching customers' needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner;
4. Develop new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining a network of market contacts in defined markets, strengthening relationships with existing customers and channel partners through proactive communication and support.
5. Follow up with orders and customer/distributor relationship in Vietnam;
6. Represent and promote company products in a professional manner at tradeshows, conferences, seminars and generate leads;
7. Attend sales meetings regularly and provide feedback and suggestions.
8. Provide answers to pre-
sales technical and commercial queries.
9. Perform product demonstration in a professional manner for customers' requirements.
10. Collect market/industry data and reports and competitors' information;
11. Provide sales support (quotation to the channel if required) for existing channel partners to strengthen partnerships;
12. Assist in onboarding and training new
sales engineers or channel partners.
13. Recommend and implement improvements in sales processes, tools, and customer engagement practices.
14. Other duties as requested from time to time by supervisor/manager and/or general director.
Other Information:
- 5 working days/week (Mon to Fri, 9:00 - 17:30). Overtime may requested based on actual required travel plan
- Product training will be provided

1. Recognized Degree in Science, Physics, Material, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering major;
2. At least 04 to 06 years of working experience in technical sales such as Analytical instrumentations (Particle size analyzer, Carbon/Sulfur Analyzer, Oxygen/Nitrogen/Hydrogen Analyzers, Raman spectroscopy, Photoluminescence (Fluorescence) and other laboratory instruments);
3. Experience in government projects or private/FDI laboratories is an advantage;
4. Able to travel within the North of Vietnam frequently and other provinces of Vietnam and overseas, sometimes with short notice;
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English Language;
6. Must have self-motivated with a positive attitude to provide good customer service, and with the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition;
7. Good planning, time management, strong communication & interpersonal skills are required to support interaction amongst all parties;
8. Teamwork is a must; Leadership experience is an advantage;
9. Must be very proficient in the use of computer software tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc;
10. Be able to learn new products when required.
