Mô tả công việc
Sustainability business development for Vietnam market.
This position is responsible for sales of sustainability services mainly in the field of Carbon Management, Water and Environmental management, Energy Management, ESG, Green Hydrogen and derivatives, Sustainability certifications, EV, Green energies, etc.
In this respect, the position is responsible in lead generation, business relationship development, acquiring new customers, expanding sustainability service portfolio in current customer base, visit customers, present our portfolio in line with customer requirements and book orders.
This position will also require analyzing the market development from sustainability perspective, keep tap in regulations and mandates by governments, regulators, policy maker, financier, import/export, etc. Study customer initiatives for sustainability and align our services.
Responsibility and Authority:
Business development & handling customers as single point contact
Generating lead and converting into orders with annual order booking target
Customer meeting, handle inquiries, prepare techno commercial quotations, preparing costing, invoicing, etc.
Coordinating with experts across global for technical and commercial proposals
Coordinating within internal experts and customers during execution

Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelors / Master ́s degree in Mechanical/Production/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
2. Experience: at least 2 -5 years' experience sales and business development in any relevant areas mentioned in position summary above.
3. Languages: English (professional)
4. Skills: Good understanding and fulfillment to working related KPI, standards, policies, procedures and instructions, diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, and strong teamwork spirit;
5. Qualification: Initial working experience in sales and business development in any relevant areas mentioned in position summary above.
6. Other Competencies:
Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, and strong teamwork spirit.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good self-management and intercultural team management skill.
Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure.
Condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trips as required.
