Exion Vietnam Co., Ltd ([protected info]) is a flow control solutions provider under the SWTS ([protected info]). Our mother company (Exion Asia) are built on the combined rich experience and strong local basis of four companies; Exion Asia, EXION China, Encord Malaysia, OSA Valve, that shape us to be a total solution provider in flow control distribution, servicing and engineering field.
At current, we are authorized agent/distributor of several reputed brands (decanter, pump, agitator, blower), actively serving local 6 major industries, namely Oil and Gas, Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Chemical, Manufacturing and Water industries.
Since we are looking for new potential employees, Exion Vietnam Co., Ltd has openings for the following one (01) position - Senior Sales Engineer
Job Description:
Sales Development
• Establish and maintain close relationships with customers to enhance business partnerships and position our company as the preferred supplier.
• Create and implement sales plans, actions, and services, aiming to achieve sales budgets and target margins.
• Checking and reviewing RFQ/ enquiries/ bidding documents and coordinating the sales support to make quotations and bidding records (tender).
• Proactively align customer forecasts, track order implementations, and analyze discrepancies with customers to identify reasons.
• Coordinate and ensure product delivery, right quality, right quantity and right time and complete sale process (from order to cash).
• Discuss and negotiate with customers about offering, pricing and business models.
• Follow up payment collections and ensure on-time payment from the customers.
• Be ready to travel to see customers in other cities/ provinces, go oversea for training.
New customer development
• Conduct thorough market intelligence to understand customer needs, analyze competitors' products and pricing, and identify target customers.
• Explore, identify, and develop new customer accounts, delivering impactful sales presentations and workshops to promote our solutions and increase brand awareness.
• Provide attractive offerings that align with both customer needs and company objectives, fostering long-term business relationships.
+ Major Interactions
• Reports directly to Manager - Head of Rotating Department.
• External interaction: With customers at both management and engineer levels.
• Internal interaction: Extensive interaction with other sales and service team.

Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
• Male/Female with a Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Environment diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 02-03 experienced years in selling pump/ decanter/ mixer/ blower to Food & Beverage / Diary / Oil and Gas/ Chemical/ Wastewater Treatment Plant, good connections with end-users (and contractors) in these industries.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A team player with good initiative, strong analytical & a positive attitude to learn and manage the given task.
• PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially influencing skills.
• Resume strictly only in English

Salary & Benefits:
• Candidate in Vung Tau can work from home
• Basic Salary - Negotiation
• Commission basis on jobs orders (details to be discussed during interview if selected)
• 13th month salary
• Extra bonus when company achieve yearly targets
• Gasoline and mobile phone allowance
• Oversea training when available
