Mô tả công việc
Job Summary: Senior Sales is in charge and take responsibility on developing and growing business with key customers. Focusing on promoting and extend business successfully in specialty, functional and food additive ingredients (stabilizer, flavour, functional ingredient...) in dairy applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Acquires a thorough working knowledge of products and applications as well as develops and has good capabilities in selling skill and key customer management.
2. Has good knowledge and experience on applying specialty and functional ingredients (stabilizer, flavour, functional products ...) in dairy applications to support and recommend to customers on project development.
3. Taking care and build good relationship with key customers by providing excellence commercial and technical services as well as promotes goodwill and supports of the organization to grow business with the customers.
4. Manages key customers and suppliers, monitoring, following up closely and keeps up-to-date recorded data (contact, projects, competitors...) in the systems.
5. Recognizes, prioritizes and keen on pursuing valuable opportunities with key customers to get new win in up/cross sales and compete with competitors.
6. Proposes and implements strategy and action plans for key customers and suppliers, discuss and align in advance to supervisor/manager on a weekly, monthly basis.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Chemicals or relevant
- At least 3 years' sales experience or R&D for dairy and beverage product application
- 27 years and up
Others : as follows;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Have good knowledge and experience in developing specialty, food additive and functional ingredients in dairy application.
- Good in presentation, explanation and persuasion skill.
- Result-oriented, initiative and customer-centric minded
- Ability to cooperate successfully in a team as well as work independently
- Ability to complete tasks to a tight deadline and achieve the target under high pressure
- At least 3 years' sales experience or R&D for dairy and beverage product application
- 27 years and up
Others : as follows;
