The Senior Indoor
Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments. This position helps ensure a smooth sales process and enhances customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely service from the office.
Key Accountabilities
• Perform cross selling, prepare quotations, sales proposals, and service agreements based on client requests, ensure healthy quote conversion.
• Process bookings and follow up on inquiries from the sales team or customers, and support field sales representatives with pricing, documents, and customer updates.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding services, schedules, and pricing.
• Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and lead times, and build strong working relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Liaise with operations, customer service, and accounts departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Coordinate closely with overseas agents and internal departments for quotation accuracy and timely responses, and assist in resolving customer issues or complaints quickly and professionally.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records (CRM system or internal tracking tools).
• Generate daily/weekly sales reports, quotations logs, and follow-up schedules, and track sales leads and follow up on outstanding quotations.
