Senior SAP Project Manager (ABAP, English)

1. Leadership Skills (Essential):
Lead Agile projects for new product development, client projects & application modernization
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions.
Coordinate and lead workshops, design sessions, and project status meetings.
2. Technical Knowledge:
Basic experience and Knowledge (Essential):
5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions and
Understand ABAP.
SAP Expertise (Essential):
In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP modules, such as SD, LE, MM, FI, CO, PP, WM
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration is highly preferred.
Customize SAP modules based on specific client requirements, including developing custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows.
Integration with 3rd Party systems:
Strong understanding of SAP integration with third-party applications or legacy systems via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
Experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP systems.
Certifications (Will be plus):SAP S/4HANA certification or other SAP module certifications are a plus, except B1.
3. Communication Skills (Essential):
Fluent Language Skill: Fluence Ability to explain in English & Vietnamese
Presentation: Ability to explain technical and complex content in an easy-to- understand manner.
Korean Language Skill will be plus
4. Adaptability and Learning Ability (Essential):
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements or technological environments.
Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuously learning new Technology, upgrades, and staying current with the latest trends.
5. General Requirement:
Degree: Local Vietnamese candidates with bachelor's degree or above.
