Senior Site Reliability Engineer

EPAM is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer experienced with dashboard creation, monitoring tools, alert tuning, and Confluence. This position offers you the ability to work hybrid from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. More than that, at EPAM, engineering is in our DNA. • Aggregate logs and create dashboards in NewRelic and/or SumoLogic based on SLIs/SLOs
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues before they become critical
• Tune alerts to ensure timely and accurate notifications
• Capture operational information about services in Confluence using a "one-pager" approach to display all important data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and performance bottlenecks
• Analyze log files, system metrics, and other monitoring data to identify and resolve issues
• Manage change management processes, including reviewing and approving changes

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
• Expertise in monitoring tools such as NewRelic, SumoLogic, Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and experience with automation frameworks like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with the ability to deploy systems on these platforms
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Java or .NET is a plus
