Job Description:
Propose content direction & content detail for social channel
Manage social channel of Client
Manage social channel booking by agency: KOL, Group, facebook page, insta page,...
Create and edit content to enhance the popularity and credibility of the brand on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, etc)
Scouting & proposing KOLs & communities profile on different Social channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube,...) based on Social content plan
Suggesting trendy, popular KOLs & communities profile as well as which content direction is suited for those KOLs & communities
Managing KOLs & communities list:
○ Managing whitelist & blacklist
○ Daily updating new KOLs & communities profile
○ Daily updating KOLs & communities performance on different Social channels
Daily updating Social trends and ideas for Social content
Observe, analyze the market, and advise the team leader on content trends in accordance with media campaigns.
Ensure completion of projects as committed to clients.
Manage self & closely working with internal teams to daily monitor project progress, quality and solve problem in a timely manner.
Ensure implementation of project compliant to standard working process of company
Prepare report & check list if needed
Supporting on other tasks of Social team
Requirement:
At least 3-year experience (Freelance experience accepted).
Knowledge & experiences social market, market trend & communication to define actions, tools and know-hows for services line.
Deeply understanding KOLs & communities nature & performance on Social channels
An authentic digital enthusiast with at least 6 months of Digital or Social marketing
Content writing experience
Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skill, result-oriented.
Fluent in English.
Presentation & persuasion.
Project management & customer services mindset.
Verbal and written communication.
Helpful, Result-oriented, Responsible
