The Senior Sourcing Manager (Furniture) at Yes4All will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing the procurement process for the furniture product line. * Responsibilities:
Sourcing Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for furniture components and materials.
- Identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Source and onboard new suppliers to expand the vendor network.
Cost Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging technologies in the furniture industry.
- Provide regular market analysis and insights to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
