The Job:

We are looking for the brightest C++/Python Seniors Developers to join our R&D Software Development team at DMP Ho Chi Minh City.

The team is responsible for creating a variety of Advanced AI Applications working on both Commercial Hardware environments and our owned-developed FPGA KITs.

HERE'S A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR DAILY CHALLENGE:

• Analyze customer requirements, propose, design, and develop AI solution/software to satisfy these requirements
• Troubleshoot various types of issues and propose feasible solutions
• Coach and mentor other colleagues to succeed in the projects.
• Ability to deal with frequent change requestsfrom customers.
• Research state-of-the-art technologies and related papers to realize them on actual products
• Debug and maintain the software running on target devices
• Ability to involve in a complete prototype/product development: Hardware and Software
• Onsite opportunity to Japan/Other countries: Customer visit or Knowledge transfer

Must have

• Your C++/Python programming skills and engineering know-how
• Highly evaluated in Computer Vision/AI (Algorithm, OpenCV library, OpenGL, Vision AI modeling, Deep/Machine Learning, etc.)
• Expertise in Visual Camera-related software development (Camera Calibration, Stereo Matching, Visual Pose Estimation, Visual Inspection, etc.)
• Software Algorithm RnD is a crucial plus, especially in SLAM, Graph Optimization, Optimizers, Solvers, 6D Pose Estimation, FFT, DFT, etc.
• You have experience with cross-platform development, preferably Linux, and Android on various hardware platforms: Nvidia, Snapdragon, FPGA, etc.
• Strong research and feasibility analysis skills to assess the practicality and viability of new ideas and technologies.
• Research skills on state-of-the-art technologies and related papers to realize them on actual products
• Being an expert in debugging and maintenance of an embedded system

• Highly motivated to Research/Study new technology fields, tools, and knowledge you don't know
• High Logical Thinking; Design Thinking mindset and ability to troubleshoot occurring issues
• Self-motivated, creative, and independent, with the capability of making technical decisions
