Mô tả công việc

1. Project Management & reporting
- Manage assigned projects following IT Project Portfolio
- Consolidate IT's project's progress and update the status to Branch Project Portfolio
2. System development planning
- Coordinate with IT Development to set up system development plan and resource allocation
- Monitor progress of system development and report to Management
3. Business Analysis
- Study business process, gather business process requirement
- Analyze detail business process requirement, visualize workflow chart and suggest optimized IT solution
- Support user acceptance test, sign off process and prepare system release document
4. Business process transformation
- Assists in setting up IT strategy for Digital Transformation to enhance operation efficiency
- Support and participate in implementation of Digital Transformation initiatives
5. Other IT planning tasks assigned by Department Head/Management

Yêu cầu

1. Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Banking or relevant discipline;
- At least 10 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in Business Analysis and 2 years in IT project management experiences
- Good background in software engineering, proven analytical background;
- Good command in English (4 skills)
- Good skills of leadership, planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, reporting & interpersonal
- Experience in banking & finance field is given priority
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince 2) is preferred
2. Competencies
- Ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking to operation and system planning
- Responsible, accurate, self-motivated and able to deliver under high pressure and to strict deadlines;
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams;
