*Key Tasks
Update our shop drawings from IFA to IFC to begin with
Combining all drawing reviews from Architect, Engineer and Builder.
Produce 3D models & technical documentation for a number of structural and civil engineering projects, independently Possess and demonstrate a very high skill level and knowledge of Revit
Deliver projects to the timeframe set out by the BIM Manager and/or Directors
Continually complete projects on or before due dates as reasonably expected
Produce BIM family content with approvals by the BIM Manager
*Key Performance Indicators
Possess and demonstrate high skill level and knowledge of Revit families. Suggest improvements or innovations.
Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution where required
Display and use a very high level of structural knowledge & construction methods on projects
Assist staff in deploying project templates on projects and ensuring team adherence to them Possess and demonstrate a high skill level and knowledge of Revit templates
*Quality Assurance
Maintain quality control of the company's technical documentation and adherence to company
standards
Display a strong understanding of project documentation and drawing order, following QA procedures
& workflows

Yêu cầu

* Competency
Possess and demonstrate a very high skill level and knowledge of Revit
Experience in modeling in Revit concrete structure, including building models and elements
Reinforcement drawing and layout in Revit
Post - tensioning plans
Experienced at drafting reinforcing plans and sections to AS3600 (mandatory Skill).
Ability to make good decisions and decide when to consult or bring in others into the decision-making process
Ability to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the business and BIM deliverables, developing strategies to effectively mitigate or manage them
Clearly convey information and our value verbally and through writing in a timely, clear and understandable manner to others including clients, architects, contractors and both internal and external team members
Ability to draw on your experience/knowledge, think critically and develop creative solutions to problems.
Adheres to ethical standards and maintains professional integrity, prioritizing safety and the public interest.
