Senior Structural Slab Design (3 Positions)

As our Senior Structural Design Engineer - Slab Design, you will take the lead on high-rise and commercial slab systems using post-tensioned solutions, primarily aligned with Australian Standards. You'll collaborate with other engineers, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure every structure we design is practical, efficient, and safe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform design and detailing of post-tensioned slabs and beams using RAM Concept
- Analyze and design concrete structures based on Australian Standards
- Conduct structural analysis, simulations, and prepare clear technical reports
- Review and verify structural documentation from team members
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers, contribute to project planning and coordination
