Job Summary:
The executive recruiter will be required to advertise job postings, gather applications, and headhunt prospective employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Source candidates by using a variety of search methods.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
Perform reference checks as needed.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Manage onboarding and new hire process.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Organizing and attending job fairs or hiring-related events.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Bachelor's degree in human resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
2 years of recruiting experience preferred in IT industry.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must be able to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative relationships with candidates.
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills.
2 years of recruiting experience preferred in IT industry.
