1. Coordinate with departments to determine human resource needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
Recruitment Team Management
1. Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure performance and achieve recruitment goals.
2. Training and developing recruitment staff.
Develop a recruitment strategy
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
2. Use communication channels and employer branding strategies.
Managing the Recruitment Process
1. Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process from the application stage to the job acceptance stage.
2. Deal with challenges and solve problems during the recruitment process.
Partner with Human Resources and Other Departments
1. Work closely with the human resources department to ensure the recruitment process follows the organization's regulations and policies.
2. Interact with key departments to understand human resource needs and ensure accurate recruitment direction.
Evaluation and Suggestions for Improvement
1. Collect and evaluate data on recruitment performance.
2. Propose and implement improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
Care of Candidates and Employees
1. Create and maintain positive relationships with candidates and employees.
2. Take care of new employees to ensure they integrate well into the organization.

Graduated from University or higher with majors related to Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or an equivalent major.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
Experience in managing a recruitment team and implementing a successful recruitment strategy.
Deep understanding of recruitment, human resources, and related legal processes.
Refer the candidate who experience in Mass Recruitment Field
Proactively learn and grasp information quickly
Hardworking and progressive, enthusiastic, able to work under high pressure
Flexible ability to adapt to work
Deep understanding of the labor market and recruitment trends.
