Talent Acquisition Supervisor (mass recruitment)

This diverse role will collaborate with the management and the hiring community to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of talent.
Responsibility will include implementing a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to strengthen the CRC employment brand and to drive applications as well as to identify, engage and attract specialist talent in the market by employing a range of proactive sourcing methods.
1. Talent Acquisition
Finalise and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Strategy, ensuring it:
Solves key business problems relating to attraction and retention.
Strengthens the position of CRC in the employment market.
Leverages of the benefits CRC offers to employees.
Allows for the efficient flow of candidates from application through to onboarding.
Provides management with efficiencies pertaining to recruitment and selection processes, including through the enablement of technology.
Implement a range of sourcing and attraction initiatives including the proactive identification and approach of potential candidates using social channels and industry forums and continuously build networks into the target talent markets.
Ensure TA team comply with the recruitment requirements
Ensure TA team meet requirements of personnel documents for new hire employees.
2. Employer Branding
Manage and ensure the Career Fan Page in the good interaction with the candidates
Communications develop new brand assets such as photos, video, testimonials and content to bring to life the proof points and brand messages.
Coordinate with HRM in working out the EB project for the Company.
3. Other related duties as assigned.
