Here's who we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (non-Tech prefer)
- Have recruitment experience in B2B Business Development, Relationship Manager,...and focus on banking industry.
- Can approach and process with C-level candidates.
- Specialist Strong and specialized in non-tech recruitment
- Have knowledge and proficient use of different recruitment channels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good English
- Agility and quick to adapt to an energetic environment.
- Have a sense of responsibility; eager to learn; good attention to detail, mature, confident personality.
- Have a positive attitude and proactive thinking.
