Manage technical development from sample to bulk production, ensuring buyer requirements, quality and production feasibility.
Communicate with customers on technical issues related to workmanship, construction, patterns and product development.
Develop and control packing instructions, thread & zipper specifications, trims and accessories.
Prepare and maintain BOM, material picking lists and consumption calculations for different sample stages.
Review and approve trim cards, heat transfer & glue bonding tests.
Review sample quality from Proto, Size Set to PP, and coordinate with Sample Room, Production and QA to resolve technical issues.
Conduct PP meetings and provide technical support during bulk production.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical, Production and QA teams to ensure smooth production.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học ngành Công nghệ may, Thời trang hoặc liên quan.
- Kinh nghiệm 5-7 năm trong kỹ thuật may hoặc Technical Merchandising.
- Kiến thức vững về padding, quilting, cấu trúc áo phao/down.
- Thành thạo BOM, costing, SAM và tính tiêu hao.
- Kỹ năng
tiếng Anh tốt (email & trao đổi kỹ thuật).
- Thành thạo MS Office; biết Corel là lợi thế.
