Senior Technical ERP Consultant Python, ERP

What you will do

As a Senior Technical ERP Consultant, you will participate in

• Design and implement solutions on Odoo ERP platform.
• Lead technical aspects of projects and mentor junior developers.
• Perform FIT/GAP analysis to align Odoo solutions with client needs.
• Collaborate with coworkers or clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Optimize code and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-deployment support.

If you're successful in this role, you would eventually grow to be one of the following roles in the future:

• a Senior ERP Consultant or an ERP Solution Architect who can design and implement software solutions to help businesses operate efficiently.
• a Project Manager who can lead complex IT projects, particularly those involving business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience using Python language
• 2+ years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation on popular platforms Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Infor, Epicor, Oracle, etc.
• Expertise JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with web services and integrations (REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, MessageQueue, SQL, etc.)
• Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, or programming languages as required.
• Soft Skills:
  • Advanced-level English communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to gather requirements and present technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Odoo implementation.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
