Apollo is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage our software projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development and hands-on experience in managing technical vendors. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of professionals while also managing external tech vendors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate the execution of software projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with a team of developers, engineers, and technical professionals, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and progress tracking.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external tech vendors, assessing their capabilities, coordinating contract negotiations, and monitoring vendor performance.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, addressing technical challenges and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential obstacles to project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project updates, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
