Mô tả công việc
1. Test Planning and Design
Analyze product requirements and system specifications to design detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Develop and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems.
2. Test Execution
Execute manual test cases across multiple platforms (Web/APP) to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Document, track, and resolve bugs and issues effectively using tools such as Jira or similar.
Utilize automation to save manual efforts
3. Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate closely with development and business teams to understand new features and regression impact.
4. Quality Assurance Documentation
Maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, test plans, test reports, and bug reports.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of test processes and outcomes.
5. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and new testing methodologies.
Recommend and implement improvements to testing processes and workflows.
6. Guide and manage the QA team on tools, processes and quality control.
7. Perform Daily / Weekly /On-demand reports to CEO the progress and status of the assigned tasks

Yêu cầu
At least 6+ years of testing experience in Web /Mobile and API testing for both manual and automation.
From 3 years of experience in the role of Test Lead/QA Lead, managing teams of 2-3 members.
Excellent knowledge base of Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Knowledge of databases such as SQL & MongoDB for querying databases
Strong understanding of manual/automation testing methodologies and test processes.
Experience and has used tools to test the load-bearing capacity of systems
Exhibits a strong user experience-centric mindset and deep understanding of end-use
Maintains exceptionally high standards for work quality and product/service quality needs.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Postman) and bug tracking systems.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills for identifying issues.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within an Agile team and adapt to changing requirements.
