Mô tả công việc
Main Purpose:
■ The job holder is appointed to manage trade activities including build full year marketing program and activation to grow sustainable revenue on GT channel, understanding the RTD market and block competitors move
■ Experience and passion to learn from Wholesale north and replicate and scale success points from Wholesale north to Wholesale South.
Key Accountabilities
Lead of Trade marketing initiatives to deliver business stratergy / objectives and sales revenue
+ Develop the 12-18 months marketing calendar for GT Channel
+ Develop Innitiatives of trade marketing to recruite and improve consumer off-take
+ Develop and execute activation campaign including POSM distribution
+ Develop right POSM and right sales tool for RSM by seasonal and campaign.
Develop sales promotion program to drive Increamental sales/ profit
+ Collect market information about product, service/ promotions program of competitors in GT channel
+ Ability and agile to unlock sales opportunities for GT channel
+ Develop, execute and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotion/gift for each promotion campaign
+ Collect feedback from sales staff and customers about the sales promotion program.
+ Ability to evalute program performance with high accuracy
+ Track and report sales promotion's expensive.
+ Responsible for POSM production and follow up with agency a quality control.
+ Develop a form to guide the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of sales activation program.
+ Produce weekly / monthly / quartly promotion report.
Budget management / Other development
+ Track and control trade marketing budget (including cost optimization) with Head of Trade Marketing and Finance Team
+ Ensure the quality of activities and the compliance of payment process.

Yêu cầu
Education
+ Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, MBA referred
Experience
+ At least 3-5 years Trade Marketing experience for FMCG brands, competitor based is a plus.
