ROLE OBJECTIVES:
Develop and maintain a training schedule and calendar, ensuring that training sessions are organized and delivered as plan and learning needs.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions (booking venues, equipment and other resources).
Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and resources.
Handle training registration processes, including participant sign-ups and attendance tracking.
Conduct necessary pre-training instructions or materials.
Address participant inquiries, provide support during training.
Collect and analyze training evaluation data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Utilize related tools to manage training records, track participant progress, and generate training-related reports.
Providing insights to management on the impact of training initiatives and recommendations for future improvements.
Monitor the training delivery sessions for recommendations on improvement of processes and workflows.
Conduct and being able to analyze training feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts and manage training equipment and materials including interaction with vendors.
Support for the design and prepare educational aids and materials.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Administering the Learning Management System (LMS).
Performs other related duties as required.

Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Strong presentation skills.
