Research competitor sites as needed to assess ways to stand out against them.
Analyze data in platforms like Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, and more, to gather insights.
Propose solutions to problems and opportunities found.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to clients and developers.
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
Design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and email templates with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve and refine web designs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and on-brand marketing materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Manage and maintain a library of design assets and resources.
Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
Ensure every design produced, whether it's a banner or new website template, delivers an effective experience across desktop, mobile and tablet
