Senior UI/UX Designer

• Define the user experience and UI through user flows, information architectures, wireframes and prototypes
• Understand how to base decisions on data and user research
• Shape the product strategy and vision together with the product owners
• Test the design through prototyping and user testing
• Innovate upon basic ideas and concepts given by the product owners and create your own vision adapted to Fika's vision
• Ensure that brand identity is followed through in all channels
• Keep up with the dating app industry and catch new trends as they come, at Fika we will always try to stay ahead of our competition in ideas and features
• You will report to the Product Owner

• Open-minded and proactive, a mindset for growth and development, willing to learn different tools to best satisfy the needs of the job
• High autonomy and independence in your own work; be willing to take ownership, and a team player
• Growth and business mindset with a natural ability to see where design decisions can lead to a better user experience and growth
• 2-3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
• Strong design skills in iOS, Android and similar platforms
• Show a proven track record of innovative approaches to modern problems (portfolio mush show a project about building an app)
• Innovative and good ability to think outside of the box and come up with new ideas
• Cultural reference points relevant to social apps
• Skills in typography and grids
• Understand the technical aspects of app development, so that the design aligns with the technological limitations and opportunities of Fika
• Good level of written and spoken English is a plus
