Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission
● Product Design & User Experience Ownership: Own the end-to-end product design process across web and mobile applications, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and delivery, ensuring intuitive, user-centric experiences that align with business objectives.
● User-Centred Design & Problem Solving: Translate complex or ambiguous product requirements into clear user flows, interaction models, and elegant interface designs. Identify user pain points, ask the right questions, and develop practical design solutions that improve usability and engagement.
● Design Systems & UI Consistency: Design, build, and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and shared libraries in Figma, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across multiple products and brands.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Partnership: Work closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Engineers, and key stakeholders to understand business goals, validate design decisions, and deliver feasible, high-impact product experiences.
● Design Quality & Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in product discussions, design critiques, and usability reviews. Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and evolving product requirements while maintaining high design standards.
● Design Execution & Delivery Excellence: Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously, prioritising work effectively to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines while balancing speed, quality, and business needs.
● Innovation & User Experience Enhancement: Stay current with emerging design trends, UX best practices, accessibility standards, and new technologies to continuously elevate product experiences and introduce innovative design solutions.
● Team Contribution & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing design culture by sharing knowledge, supporting design consistency, and promoting best practices across the product development team.

Essential Requirements: Are You Ready to Design Exceptional Digital Experiences?
● Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Product Design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped digital products.
● Strong proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Variants, and Design Systems.
● Proven ability to transform complex business and user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify UX challenges and propose practical, user-focused solutions.
● Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design best practices.
● Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
● Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence decision-making.
● Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
● A growth mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and improving user experiences.
