We are looking for a UX strategy to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
- Research user's problems, needs, behaviors and contexts
- Analyze PO requests/ideas and business theme
- Offer solutions from overall approach: Business trade-off, user personas, journey maps, process flows, wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
- Work closely with UI Designers and UX Writers in finalizing wireframes, mockups, prototypes or interaction diagrams
- Offer and monitor UX success metrics
