Mô tả công việc
- Research user's problems, needs, behaviors and contexts
- Analyze PO requests/ideas and business theme
- Offer solutions from overall approach: Business trade-off, user personas, journey maps, process flows, wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
- Work closely with UI
Designers and UX Writers in finalizing wireframes, mockups, prototypes or interaction diagrams
- Offer and monitor UX success metrics
Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years of related experience of UX design, strategist, analyst or service design;
- Thorough understanding of user interface design, information architecture and data;
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English;
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical about what makes things better;
- Candidate with UXD/BA/PO/UXW background is a plus
