Mô tả công việc
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned Business Journeys, including Flutter UI, backend development, database implementation, and testing.
- Develop and maintain mobile application interfaces using Flutter/Dart, ensuring consistency with the Design System, component reusability, and a high-quality user experience.
- Implement state management, application logic, and domain logic in accordance with the system architecture.
- Develop and integrate backend functionality using Supabase/PostgreSQL, including APIs, database functions, and business logic.
- Design, query, and optimize PostgreSQL databases while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst, Solution Architect, and Designers to clarify business requirements, workflows, data structures, and edge cases.
- Independently analyze technical requirements, plan implementation tasks, and manage feature delivery timelines.
- Write unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests as appropriate; debug and resolve issues across frontend and backend.
- Ensure delivered features meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations before QA handover.
- Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, architectural improvements, and codebase maintenance.
- Proactively explore and leverage new technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
Yêu cầu
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart and backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart, with the ability to independently develop and deliver application features.
- Hands-on experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL, including database queries, table design, relational data modeling, and business logic implementation.
- Ability to write SQL, PostgreSQL Functions, and work with APIs/RPC.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and practical application of Clean Architecture.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc/Cubit or equivalent frameworks.
- Understanding of data flow and separation of concerns across UI, application, domain, and backend layers.
- Knowledge of database transactions, data integrity, and data security principles.
- Ability to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in writing tests, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in Git and experience working in collaborative software development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a sense of ownership and accountability for delivered features.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Supabase Auth, Row Level Security (RLS), Edge Functions, or Supabase Realtime.
- Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL Functions, RPC, indexes, and database transactions.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Modular Architecture, and complex business systems.
- Previous experience developing ERP, POS, inventory management, sales, finance, or other business management software.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and application performance optimization.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency and productivity.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
