As a Senior UX Analyst, you own an analytics domain end-to-end - you frame the problems, choose the methods, and ship answers the company acts on. Your work doesn't end at a chart; it ends at a decision.
Responsibilities
Own analytics domains end-to-end - from "something looks off" to a clear, actioned answer
Analyze user journeys across markets to find where the experience breaks, and explain the why, not just the what
Turn ambiguous product questions into structured, decision-ready analysis
Design and run experiments that prove what works - from hypothesis to decision-ready readout
Build monitoring that catches problems before users or stakeholders report them
Define tracking requirements with Product and Engineering so every feature ships measurable
Influence product decisions through evidence, structured thinking, and clear storytelling
Mentor analysts, review their work, and raise the team's quality bar - step up as second-in-command when needed
Requirements
5+ years in product analytics, UX analytics, or data analytics for a digital product
Strong SQL - comfortable joining raw event and transactional data, not just reading dashboards
Hands-on fluency with a product-analytics platform (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
Solid experimentation statistics - and the ability to explain them in plain language
Track record of insights that changed a product decision - be ready to tell the story
Clear, direct communicator in written and spoken English
Bonus: PostHog specifically; AI-assisted analysis workflows; high-volume B2C or iGaming experience
