Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Mamabox Corporation's brand guidelines.
2. Lead brainstorming sessions with teams to brainstorm, design, and edit videos for marketing campaigns and company activities.
3. Develop storyline, storyboards, framework and generate ideas for both photo and video content (including 3D video).
4. Apply advanced editing skills, including 3D video support, to enhance video quality and engagement.
5. Manage video and photo archives, ensuring organized and efficient access to content.
6. Optimize video content for different platforms, considering format and audience preferences.
7. Stay current with video editing trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to elevate Mamabox's content.
8. Capture, edit, and enhance the event and corporate photos. Film, process, and create various video formats including corporate/branding videos, social media content, campaign videos, and event coverage.
9. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create video scripts and produce content aligning with marketing strategies.
10. Incorporate Vietnamese and English translations as needed for video content.
11. Demonstrate flexibility in taking on diverse video and photography projects as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film production, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creative vision.
• Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut etc.)
• Proficiency in 3D video support tools (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and frame rates.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling, composition, and continuity.
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
