Senior Vietnamese Lawyers

- Experience in the fields of foreign investments in Vietnam; Vietnamese enterprise and commercial law, Vietnamese labor law, land rights, etc.
- Experience in licensing procedures for enterprise establishment in Vietnam
- Knowledge and experience in one or several of the following fields of Vietnamese laws would be an asset: arbitration and litigation, intellectual property rights, tax and customs regulations, import/export procedures competition law, PPP law, construction, or environmental law;
- Certified graduate from a renowned Vietnamese university and a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) working for a private law practice in Vietnam is a must.
- Vietnam qualified lawyer certificate/bar admission is a must. Additional bar admission in a foreign jurisdiction would be an asset.
- Previous working experience with a (western) foreign law firm in Vietnam would be an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in legal cross-border matters or a western foreign jurisdiction would be an asset.
- Good oral and written skills both in English and Vietnamese. Additional language skills in other foreign languages would be considered an asset.
- Team spirit, effectively coordinate with assigned Team Leader and other colleagues in providing advice to clients;
- Professionalism, dedication, integrity and trustworthiness.
- Ability to manage other team members/junior lawyers in assigned projects.
- Self-starter, high sense of responsibility and ownership in all matters, ability to multitask under high pressure, complete or assist team members to complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
