I. JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overall warehouse daily operations, managing both of direct
and indirect materials, local and overseas materials including JIT materials, semi-finished
goods for receiving, storing, picking and delivering.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, production supply, and outbound logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Strategically managing inventory accuracy, material flow, and FIFO compliance while maintaining high standards of quality and minimizing operational costs.
- Driving data integrity and timely system transactions, ensuring accurate cycle counts and alignment between physical stock and system records.
- Championing health, safety, and 5S standards across the warehouse, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures to achieve zero-incident targets.
- Leading, developing, and motivating the warehouse team to consistently achieve KPIs in productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost savings.
- Overseeing workforce planning, shift optimization, overtime control, and talent development to support both current operations and future business growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Production, PMC, EHS, Finance) to support factory expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Preparing annual warehouse budgets, optimizing resources, and proposing strategic investments to enhance capacity and operational excellence.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above is required.
2. Experience: 5 years and above work experiences as warehouse manager.
3. Knowledge:
- Good at English communications, good at Speaking and writing is a must.
- Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management, including safety, principle, and employee motivation,..
- Be good at Microsoft Office such as Power Point, Word, Excel familiar with Oracle system.
- Be good chemical management
- First in First Out control
- Familiar with WMS system
- Manage, plan and strategic thinker
- Initiative / proactive and effective communication with all levels.
4. Functional Skills:
- Control warehouse data timely and correctly
- Coordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval
systems that maximize space efficiency and security of materials.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that orders are shipped on
time, damaged goods are replaced, and customers are kept informed about
their orders' status.
