About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO strategy and initiatives for our new product - AppAlloy. As a SEO Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SEO, a proven track record of delivering measurable results, and the ability to lead a team of SEO and content marketing professionals
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and achieve business objectives.
Lead a team of SEO and content specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to optimize team performance and productivity.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities, including technical optimization, content optimization, link building, and local SEO.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective and compliant.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices and recommendations.
Conduct regular audits of websites to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement structured data markup to enhance search engine visibility and improve click-through rates.
Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in driving organic search traffic and improving search engine rankings.
Extensive knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Strong understanding of tech industry, preferably SaaS.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
Certifications in SEO or related fields are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in driving organic search traffic and improving search engine rankings.
