II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing/ Business Administration/ E-commerce, or a related field required.
Knowledgeable in SEO.
Understanding of existing E-commerce (Amazon/Walmart/Tiki/Shopee, ...) and/or Social Media Landscape (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Software Skills (MS Microsoft, Web/SEO Analytic Tools, ...) is essential.
Excellent in Project Management & Communication.
English and Vietnamese fluent. A third European language is highly appreciated.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, GG suite
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Quick learner and adapter
Motivated and committed with a can-do attitude. Quick adapting, data sensitive, capable of reports analyzing and data-driven mindset.
Eager to learn and self-study. Friendly, enthusiastic and responsible
Adaptable in fast growing environment and willing to work under pressure.
Experience
3 years experience in an established agency or similar role for in-house marketing department (Sporting goods/FMCG/Furniture preferably ...).
