1/ Content Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive content strategies and topic plans.
Work closely with the team to execute content plans.
2/ Team Development and Training:
Build, manage, and lead the Content team.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth.
3/ SEO Expertise:
Implement SEO best practices to ensure high visibility and traffic.
Understand that user acquisition is primarily through SEO and optimize accordingly.
4/ Content Creation and Optimization:
Follow and oversee high-quality content, including product reviews, tips, and tricks...
Ensure content is well-presented with strong visuals and effective CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Build channels to attract and convert new customers through engaging articles.
5/ Trend Awareness and AI Utilization:
Leverage AI tools to assist in content development.
Stay updated on new trends and use AI effectively to serve the department's needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of content trends, social media platforms, and user behavior.
Understanding of emerging content formats and trends.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats.
Expert knowledge of e-commerce and the latest market trends.
Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and targeting.
Strong background in SEO with a focus on user acquisition through organic search.
Integrity, diligence, a learning spirit, quick to grasp technology, and able to handle pressure well.
Excellent English proficiency.
Experience working in the global environment is a plus.
