Mô tả công việc
- Greet guests to the restaurant in a warm, welcoming and courteous manner.
- Identify and anticipate customers' needs and expectations.
- Introduce available beverages and make recommendations.
- Address guests' requests and handle complaints promptly.
- Act as a revenue-driven factor and initiatives generator for all F&B services & products provided by the Company.
- Take responsibility for determining development needs and manage own performance improvement, professional development and motivation.
- Prepare for shift by completing handover with previous shift.
- Know and understand all the resort's facilities and services.
- Has comprehensive knowledge of all relevant pricing for menus and listed product items
- Coordinate coverage of sections to ensure smooth service.
- Conduct work as a team with other staff to exceed guest expectations.
- Act as coach to other employees passing on skills, knowledge and techniques for performing tasks and work behaviors.
- Participate in training and other activities to facilitate high team performance.
- Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Only prefer females, must be at least 1.65m.
- Minimum of 1-year customer service or F&B experience in a sizable and international hotel/casino.
- Hospitality-specific qualification is an advantage.
- Good Food & Beverage product knowledge; cash handling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of POS Software.
- Relevant training in food & beverage is preferred.
- Good skill in Mandarin/Cantonese.
