Mô tả công việc
Join a global leader in sustainable chemical solutions for many industries. We are seeking an Service Engineer to provide unparalleled technical support for the application and development of products in the pulp and paper industries across South East Asia
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical support resource for products in the pulp and paper industries within South East Asia.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth by providing technical expertise and support.
- Travel as needed to provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions.
- Serve as the liaison between product/application development and the sales team to ensure seamless transfer of new technologies.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers for business development purposes and troubleshooting.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Pulp and Paper Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and application roles within the chemicals industry, specifically in the pulp and paper sector.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including conducting technical presentations and providing troubleshooting support.
- Hands-on experience with chemical product applications in pulp and paper manufacturing processes.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
