Technical support for customers of FA products, provide training, repair, field service. Make demo kit and document of the training. Especially, Factory Automation Robot engineer.
• Provide technical support to customer in Viet Nam
• Location at Mitsubishi Electric Viet Nam - HCM Office
• Manage customer's claims/investigations related to the product understanding and service/product satisfaction
• Monitor customer feedback for improvement of our product.
• Analyze reports, and monitor/develop new areas for improvement of our service.
• Provide training for customers of our FA products.
• Consult the best products and systems for customer's specific application requirement.
• Timely report to Management on resources and quality issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
