Plan and conduct regular customer visits: equipment installation, customer training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and on-site technical support, customer demonstrations and technical consultations.
Prepare service and spare parts quotations based on customer requirements.
Prepare service reports, maintain accurate service records, and develop service forecast plans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Metrology, or a related technical field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous knowledge or experience in a technical service, engineering, maintenance, or field service environment is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office applications.
Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness and availability to travel for business trips and customer visits as required
