Required:
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 22 to 28 years old.
- College or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Good fundamental knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and basic mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, motors, control components, mechanical drive systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Logical thinking and good problem-solving ability for machine troubleshooting.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to work directly with industrial machinery.
- Able to read and understand basic technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Able to use English for technical work, including reading manuals, writing basic reports/emails, and communicating technical issues.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, proactive, cooperative, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel domestically and overseas when required.
- Able to support service work outside normal working hours when necessary to complete urgent or unfinished service jobs at customer sites.
Experience:
- Experience in industrial machinery, equipment maintenance, electrical/electronic equipment, automation, field service, commissioning, or related technical work is preferred.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, Automation,
Electrical Engineering, Technical Support, Commissioning, Machine Maintenance, or similar technical roles are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience under the exact title "Service Engineer" is not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates or junior engineers with good technical fundamentals, practical ability, strong learning potential, and good technical assessment results may also be considered.
Preferred:
- Practical experience with PLCs, sensors, electrical/electronic equipment, or automation control systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, machine installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting.
- Experience with weighing machines, inspection machines, packaging machinery, food-processing machinery, or other industrial automation equipment.
- Experience working directly at factories or customer sites.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical structures and machine motion/mechanisms, and basic ability to use mechanical modification tools (e.g., hand tools, fitting/machining tools) is an advantage.
- Japanese language ability is an advantage.
Recruitment Assessment:
