The main duties of the job are:
1. Responds to customer complaints.
2. Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems via phone; when issues cannot be resolved over the phone, service engineers respond to issues in person.
3. Assists in installing the equipment.
4. Analyses, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer.
5. Works alongside
technical sales engineers.
6. Repairs, tests and maintains equipment. Monitors performance of the product.
7. Keep & submit adequate and up-to-date reports that outline problems resolved and how an issue was fixed. Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
8. Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference.
9. Offers feedback on product development, features, and functions to customers.
10. Provides customers with technical expertise.
11. Collects feedback from customers after every visit.
12. Maintains daily work reports of sites and manages records of warranty visits, and complaints, etc.
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, technical background is preferred.
2. Proven experience in technical sales, field service, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of technical products, systems, and solutions.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
8. Have the ability to work under pressure and not afraid of failure and frustration.
9. With strong subjective initiative, passionate, diligent and follow the company management.
