Job Summary
Builds and maintains relationships with customers to retain and develop customer install base while performing thorough installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and product enhancement activities on engines, power generators and other products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
• Responsible for installation and provide services support for customers.
• Provide technical product training and user functionality training to customers when required.
• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction by nature of your conduct and attention to detail.
• Present the Company in the best light at all times.
• Carry out all preventive maintenance according to documented schedules.
• Assist with telephone-based queries from customers and suppliers
• Escalate technical and sales/customer issues to higher-level management
• Work with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of service department activities.
• Report any sales opportunity to the
sales manager.
• Be flexible in filling other roles as may be required from time to time.
