Service Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Ha Noi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery within the plastics industry, while providing high-quality technical support to customers. This role involves working with international partners and may require occasional domestic and overseas business trips.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery used in the plastics industry.
• Prepare work reports, monitor project progress, and coordinate with partners and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and effective solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to resolve machine operation issues and technical errors.
• Assist with other technical tasks and assignments as instructed by the supervisor.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
