Service Executive - Estimation Porsche Centre HCM

Objective:
To support the service process the by compiling and issuing quotations for service customers
Key tasks and Responsibilities
 Work closely with Service Consultants to prepare and issue quotations for service scopes
 Be familiar with service scopes and able to identify repair requirements, as well as related parts and labor operations, by means of Porsche systems including PCSS (Workshop manuals and labor operation catalogues) and PET (parts)
 Research repair methodologies by means of Porsche Workshop Manuals, to ensure quotations are accurate and following Porsche standards
 Work closely with Parts Department to identify and confirm parts scopes, as well as to ensure availability
 Work closely with Technician team to clarify findings, with the objective to determine repairs scopes, parts and labor accurately and efficiently
 Work with insurance assessors where required, to support service consultants in the approval process
 Ensure that repair quotations are processed and provided to customers quickly
 Maintain excellent working relations with internal and external partners
 Advice customers on best repair options where required
 Support Service Consultant team with miscellaneous administrative duties.
