Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-active in follow up spare-parts and new service contract of assigned existing customers.
- Follow up of sales leads for sales opportunities and cross selling opportunities.
- Initiatives in executing outbound campaigns for spare-parts, employing professional selling skills in their pursuit, accurately managing and recording data generated from these efforts.
- Create selected quotes and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain good customer relation and provide efficient customer support to the assigned customers.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in (CRM)
- Ensure conformance with corporate guidelines.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor in Engineering (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology,etc..)
- English: writing, reading and speaking basic English
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience: Prior sales skills is preferred
- Competencies:
+ Discipline & high responsibility
+ Good telephone and communication skills
+ Sales & Closing offers oriented, transactional sales approach.
+ Good Interpersonal skill
+ Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule
