Mô tả Công việc
Mission of the role: To deliver the most forward and proactive Service planning, ensuring that Compressor Technique Service (CTS) operation requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Main responsibilities
A. Forward Planning & follow-up
Liaise with customers by phone or e-mail to arrange and confirm the service visits, and ensure customers are fully aware of the work and the date the work is to be carried out. Prepare customer work permits prior to the visit date.
Ensure all parts/required tools/ material & qualified FSE are available prior to the visit date.
Monitor and recording the progress to ensure work is fully completed, and any additional work is planned and completed in a timely fashion.
Ensure all service orders are closed and/or invoiced immediately upon completion by service engineer.
B. Operations efficiency
Regularly liaise with the Technical Manager and Field Service Engineers, internal departments, and other Service Centers to expedite customer requests.
Maintain the Planning Board, to ensure that quality reports can be gathered via SAP reporting facilities.
Maintain all KPIs on Power BI- Planner dashboard within Group Benchmark
C. Customer satisfaction
Interact with customers to collect customer feedback and contribute to improvement of customer satisfaction level.
Act as the Hotline of Service pick-up person when required.
D. Others
Update service tasks in C4C as soon as possible upon receipt.
Assist with contract processing when required.
Undertake ad-hoc project tasks when required.

Required experiences
1 to 2-year experience in SAP/Power-BI planning and reporting system
Experience to monitor and control plans of others to achieve assigned targets
Experience in administration and documentation work is an advantage
Good command of Microsoft office suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote...)
Required personal affinity
Extrovert - like to interact with other people
Positive thinking and can-do attitude
Capable ownership with accountability
Self-motivation to lead yourself to overcome challenges
Having growth mindset. Quick to learn from different sources and apply new knowledge to work.
Required education & knowledge
Bachelor's degree in business administration, commercial or technical field, or proven by related work experience.
Solid verbal and written English skills.
Quick to learn Atlas Copco products and services at basic level.
