• Build, expand, and maintain a network of loyal direct dealers for Daikin.
• Consult with customers and promote high-end products.
• Provide training on product knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills to dealers to enhance VRV results.
• Develop and expand a network of interior design companies as partners of Daikin Vietnam to support dealer sales.
• Create action plans to engage with interior design companies and the high-end residential market.
• Prepare sales promotion campaigns to engage interior design companies and end-users for projects.
• Analyze data and periodically report to the Manager on the progress and results of customer support activities.
• Have experience working with HVAC contractors, sanitary companies, interior design firms, architect consulting, real estate companies, and condominium
developers is highly preferred.
• Have experience and relationships within the interior design market.
• Strong knowledge of economic trends and current market conditions.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and acquire new customers.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering).
• Friendly, motivated, patient, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Basic English communication.
